River Client stores launcher data locally on your PC.
That can include:
- launcher settings
- installed instance info
- Microsoft and Minecraft auth data used by the launcher
- logs and crash reports
River Client does not exist to collect random personal data.
If the launcher talks to outside services, it is for normal client features like:
- downloading updates
- downloading content
- Microsoft and Minecraft sign in
- checking release info
Ads on this website
Some pages of riverclient.xyz show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads and measure them, including ads based on your visits to this and other sites. The River launcher and the in-game client show no ads.
